The Umi-no-Mori Area showcases a wide range of advanced technologies in pilot projects. A flying vehicle of Marubeni Aerospace Corporation will make its first flight over Tokyo as part of the company’s “Next-generation mobility: Flying vehicles” project during the period of the Showcase Program.

A flying vehicle of Marubeni Aerospace Corporation will make its first flight over Tokyo as part of the company’s “Next-generation mobility: Flying vehicles” project during the period of the Showcase Program.

■Location: The special venue, Temporary East Parking Area, Tokyo Big Sight
■Representative flight operator (FY2023 pilot project operator): Marubeni Aerospace Corporation
■Vehicle: HEXA by LIFT Aircraft
■How to attend: Viewers may enter the venue on a first-come-first-served basis 1 hour before the start of each flight for a single performance (standing room only).

*The flight may be cancelled due to bad weather (such as heavy rain and strong winds) or the vehicle’s conditions.
*Entry restrictions may be placed if there are too many visitors waiting in line.
*You may not get on the flying vehicle.
*Demonstration flights of the cargo transport type are also scheduled for 5/22(Wed) and 5/23(Thu).
