A special menu prepared exclusively for this event by CLUB RED member and Kokyu chef and owner Koki Kiyofuji is for sale. The theme of his menu is “EDOMAE jct (junction),” a word he has coined for the cuisine to depict the “smart” confluence of various cultures in “Edomae” (literally meaning “waters in front of Edo, which is the former name of Tokyo).
