At the banquet crafted by a chef whose restaurant was previously honored as a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide Tokyo, diners can savor gourmet dishes that are not only delicious but also eco-friendly, all while basking in the comforting ambiance of spring. This live performance blends food with music, offering diners an immersive experience to see, listen and feel during the dish preparation process. On stage, separate cooking and music booths are set up, allowing the audience to witness the cooking process while simultaneously experiencing the cooking sounds sampled and converted into music. Food ingredients meticulously grown by producers are harmoniously paired with music, allowing the audience to immerse themselves in the preparation of both the musical piece and the dish using all five senses.
